Lets say, you want to take part for the Contest to be held in August 2008, then you can submit your picture anytime between the period July 15th to August 15th.

You can only change the approved picture prior to the start of the Monthly contest. Lets say, if you are going to part in August 2008 contest, then you can change your picture between the period July 15th to July 30th 2008.

Absolutely No. You can vote for one contestant only one time, however you could change your vote for the contestant by voting again. For example, if you voted 5/10 for a Contestant accidently, you can vote her again to increase or decrease her vote.
